These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Redline Automotive Merchandising LLC ("Lotgentix," "we," or "us") for your use of the Lotgentix reconditioning workflow product (the "Service").
Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, opting into SMS notifications, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Account eligibility
The Service is a commercial workforce tool. Accounts are intended for employees of automotive dealerships that subscribe to Lotgentix, and for vendors contracted to perform reconditioning work for those dealerships. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Interfere with, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service or other users.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any portion of the Service without our written consent.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
- Send unsolicited messages to recipients who have not opted in, through SMS or any other channel.
Intellectual property
Lotgentix, the Service, and all related software, designs, and documentation are owned by Redline Automotive Merchandising LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload (vehicle photos, notes, etc.); you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and process that data as necessary to operate the Service for you.
SMS program
Program name: Lotgentix Recon Notifications.
What you'll receive: Two-way SMS coordination related to dealership reconditioning work — job assignments, daily work digests, confirmation prompts (YES/NO), and replies to questions you text in. Recipients fall into three categories: dealership staff (lot reps, recon techs, admins), contracted vendors, and routing contacts (off-app specialists like detail leads or PDR techs).
Message frequency: Variable; typically 0–15 messages per day per recipient depending on dealership activity.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers charge their normal SMS rates based on your plan; Lotgentix does not charge you separately for receiving or replying to messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe that number from all Lotgentix SMS. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers: The Lotgentix SMS program is supported on major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Availability and changes
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying customers.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL REDLINE AUTOMOTIVE MERCHANDISING LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, for non-payment, or as required by law. On termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will remain in effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent material change. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
